✨Verses of the Week:✨
God is not a man, so he does not lie. He is not human, so he does not change his mind. Has he ever spoken and failed to act? Has he ever promised and not carried it through? (‭‭‭Numbers‬ ‭23‬‬:‭19‬ ‭NLT‬‬)
Look up into the heavens. Who created all the stars? He brings them out like an army, one after another, calling each by its name. Because of his great power and incomparable strength, not a single one is missing. (‭‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭40‬‬:‭26‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

Oh my goodness Mari! I was waiting for this video, but I never got the notification from YT. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m definitely going to make these. My Nana used to make these so good with rice and beans!!! It was a full meal because she always felt the bacalaitos were too small to eat alone 😂 I miss her and her cooking so much! She took her recipes with her 😢 Thank you for giving me a piece of her back! 🙏🏽💖💖

Great video Mari! I pray that all is well❤ I can’t eat fish but my husband loves bacalaitos! Never realized until today difference between salt fish and salted cod 😂 Jamaicans call it cod fish fritters but I’ve always seen made with salt fish 🤷‍♀️ Interchangeable I see. Thanks for teaching me something new to me❤

Hi Michelle!! I hope everything is good your way as well! You know, I call any fish that is prepared by salt, “salt fish”! But calling actual cod, “salted cod” would make sense! I can’t call this particular fish salted cod since it’s pollock 🥲🤣. But in PR, we eat more “salted cod”! Gotta get was is available! Now, let me go binge watch your latest videos with my coffee! 🤍
