I always like it when there some kind of index of content to know why the video is so long, so here's a recap kind of summary of all the topics talked here, I hope it's helpful for you. Before that The video gave a lot of interesting information, it was always to keep paying attention because there is always something good and interesting that the speakers are communicating, so sit and take the moment to watch it and listen, to know what you are going to apply. *Chapter one - Preparation**Chapter one - Preparation* *Know your audience* Whats their knowledge of the topic Whats are their need, wants and expectations? What their attitude towards the subject? Audience demographics *Organize your content* Dont script your speech word by words Start front he end point - your key message Research on your inputs and draw insights from information nd data Don't get lost in the details Be clear and precise about your message Give structure to your talk - prepare it like a tree act play - Intro - stat your objective and the benefits, Main body - have tree buckets of insights, stories, anecdotes and case studies to drive your key message. Conclusion - summarize and conclude the message with action steps *Practice* Practice your presentation until it becomes your natural act Record yourself and see yourself speak or present Make improvements accordingly *Chapter two - Presentation* *Star twitch a bang* Deliver an attention grabbing opening or statement Have a hook Cut to the chase *Present one big idea * Have a tree or four ideas to support the key idea *Keep the momentum* Create a flow in your presentation *Chapter three - Style* *Be your authentic self* Present your perspective in a passionate manner *Voice, Tonality, Speech* Avoid monotone and have variations in your speech How you say is more important than what you say Use more ascending melody *Articulation* Pronounce each syllable Practice reading with articulation *Melody* stairs melody technique talking from low to high or high to low tone Low to high gives energy and happiness High to low gives more low energy, sadness and empathy depending of the situation Avoid monotone *Body Language* Non-verbal communication complements the words you speak Use hand gestures to explain important points *Energy* Be energetic and keep the consistency all through Practice your speech with a partner Record your speech to observe your energy adn natural flow *Chapter four - Content Delivery* *Be a storyteller* Share your personal experience Be vulnerable and open with your personal stories Keep it conversational *Make it emotional* Speak with conviction Visualise the narrative while telling a story *The power to pause* Learn to pause wherever it’s appropriate *Chapter five - Audience engagement* *Connect with your audience* Eye contact *Audience participation* Ask question and interact with your audience Be transparent and authentic *Incorporate activities* Add small activities relevance to the topic if the session is long *Chapter six -Closing* *Make actionable points* Don't let your learning lead to knowledge, let your learning lead to action by Jim Rohn *Stick to your time* Stop talking before your audience stop listening Keep few minutes for Q&A *End the speech on a high note* Throw the final punches that can make the biggest impact It's all about how you made your audience feel

I learned so much in this message. I'm a academic scholar and I've been presenting on research for years. I'm a beginning speaker and I quickly came to understand that speaking outside of research is very different. Regarding the video, I loved hearing the different techniques from different speakers. I also got a lot out of the visual idea of developing my speech into a diamond. Thank you for the great advice.

If you watched this video you must have kept in mind that a powerful conclusion should make a call to ACTION. Did you think about what action are you going to take and raise your voice? Start asap and don't for the perfect moment, take the moment, and make it perfect. Your voice could help the world to take more action! Cheers
The video is very useful, supplying lots of knowledge and skills for public speaking training. I believe that anyone may also become a good speaker when they learn and practice everyday as the video has instructed. Big Thanks
