Pt2/3 Roe Buck stalking off sticks: 170 yard shot: hunting across fields 🦌
Part 2 of this thrilling deer stalk. Join us on a 5 roe Buck deer stalk, following on from pt1/3 - the close encounter with a stunning Buck and then setting our sights on an ideal cull Buck.
🦌 Watch as we spot a Buck in the rape field, stalk down to it and then the chase begins. We stalk onto another 2 bucks in the same field. The numbers are high this season and we have plenty of area and deer to manage. We finally got the opportunity needed to take the shot…approximately 170 yards. The Buck went down nicely. The other 2 bucks went off jnto the rape and wheat fields; so we located the shot deer started the grollaching.

I’m waiting for my license to come through for the same rifle in that .308, how do you like it? If you use factory ammo, what does it like? 👍

Hello and thanks for asking…great question 👍🏼 On this video we are using The Tikka T3 308. It is very good, recycles ammunition with no problem. The raised cheek piece is great for moving your head in-line with the scope. Good all round rifle. Ammunition is Sako or RWS 180/155 grain both accurate. Also the RWS Nontoxic. Hope this helps? 👍🏼🦌

@@eastcoastdeermanagement1987 thx, no offence, but the footage could be much better seeing your results, also; stay more hidden, use a buff and gloves, white skin works as flaggs to deer and atracts attention, that is not what you want

@@bertcremers3134yes of course it could, we have plans to improve the quality of the videoing, just takes time and money. I Understand what your saying regarding the cover up with gloves etc, personally we don’t use any gloves when it’s rifle or shotgun shooting because we like to feel the grip of the gun and the trigger, so you know that you’ve got a positive grip. 👍🏼🦌
