Great video. As we would say in Kentucky, "You're in the short rows now". I love working on things like this. A lot of the time it is very enjoyable as long as you arent having too much problem! haha

In your video you pre-install the pistons in the cylinder, then the circlips. Those clips a nightmare --esp the front cylinder you can't see. Ever try mounting the pistons on the conrods first, then wriggle the cylinder down over them?

great video. Have you considered going with an aftermarket intake with a donaldson filter setup. There are a few on the market. They work great. If you go that rout make sure to get one with a metal canister, the plastic ones will let dirt seep through the plastic tubes.

Mine is a Sony handycam hdr-cx150. I don't know if they make this model any more, the current models are pretty much the same, mine just had 16gb of onboard memory with an additional 16gb sd card slot.

I try to keep the air filter clean on my bike but I'm pretty worried about it! That's definitely one of the downfalls of a high-performance four stroke!

Thanks for these video's. Doing my top end right now and have one question. There is an expansion plug in my kit that is supposed to go into the cylinder. Here is the part number, Plug 7051534. How did you get this plug in place? Is there a part I'm missing? Thanks again!

You forgot to tell us that the shop towels are also to catch the blood from when you stab your self with the screw driver putting the clips in and also how many times you say the F word putting those damn clips in. LoL

I use a round drill mounted wire brush for the head, it works well for getting in the ports. I used a blast media cabinet for the valves, but a wire brush on a bench grinder works well also. Thanks for watching!
