Our senior citizens are the precious pillars of our society. Wealth of wisdom to impart.

I'm glad Jeb got what he deserved. He has no business being rude towards Irma and the beautiful pregnant young lady. Also the investor decided to cut him off from the $3 million dollar deal because of his nasty behavior.

Kind of reminds me of a story I heard years ago. A film crew were riding with cops for a documentary or something. The turn up to a mugging, the victim was an old lady. She told the cops that she wasn't pressing charges, that her grandson would deal with it. The film crew overheard the cops telling the mugger that it was up to them, but her grandson was the biggest "suspected" mob boss in town, and they would live longer in custody than on the street. Beware the little old lady, she may have friends in very low places.

"You've made your bed and now you have to lie in it" that's exactly what you get, Jeb for mistreating Irma

I've always instilled in my children to be nice and respectful toward everyone no matter color, race, social status, senior citizens, veterans or the poor and homeless. It's doesn't cost anything to be nice to people. Aa a result of this my children are the most respectful young people I've seen. They make papa very proud.

Jeb got everything he deserved! Glad the investor invested in burger place and made lady manager and owner. She is so kind to people in need.

Always like the look on the bully's face 'Jeb' when he realised that Mr Durand meant what he said. I liked the way Mr Durand sternly spoke to this ignorant loser.

I wonder how many lives Irma's kindness touched, and sometimes literally saved. A beautiful character. Glad she got to benefit. The actress was perfect and made this a great video.

We all love a story, that results in compassionate justice. Even if this happens rarely in real life, it lifts our hearts to see it only as fiction and perhaps will make someone think again when confronted with an injustice, where they may be able to perform some kind of intervention to help a beleaguered individual. Thank you. God bless you for championing human compassion.

Oh my... l've watched this episode over and over, since then, l soon felt a heavy feeling on my head that this story is surely hitting every conscience to stay low with their prides and stop bullying others, as the story had just gone here. I’m going blind but still trying so hard to work because I don’t make enough disability to cover all my bill’s. I have two son’s in college and this hit’s home. I may not be able to see it well but I can hear it and I’m crying so bad.

The reality is that entitled bullies do exist and this story is happening somewhere right now. It takes people with courage and a strong moral compass to stand up to any and all forms of bullying, intimidation, and abuse. The video demonstrates exactly how the law of reciprocity works.

How can someone being rude to the senior citizen woman who happens to be a cashier? Thinking she's deaf was just as bad as pouring the drink at her. Getting chummy with the manager , and being horrible to the customer who was a pregnant woman will land this customer in jail for harassment. The psycho has to face jail time!!

Another wonderful morality tale. Well done. One slightly puzzling aspect was that swirling white mist. I was seen outside in the car park ( 1:16 ) earlier while Irma was 'gazing' at the counter as Jeb entered. Did she create the mist or was it watching over her.

I seen this behavior in the 70's. I was younger in my early 20's at a College Campus food service, and the bosses treated one of the workers this way. She was so nice, and it was not her fault. Older workers often times are more reliable, fill in. understanding. This does not mean all are like this, but too often younger generation, care so little. think elders are Washed Up. Thank you for showing this movie clip . I am 75 in June and I still see it today. Young will not even wave a Hello, or say it. Do not hold the door open. Don't do any more than they half to when shoveling. OR care that their dog left a deposit in the flower bed. Their response is, "you should be happy my dog watered your garden" instead of a sorry we'll be more careful next time. THANKYOU Again

This is my first video. what was that ending about where the dark haired guy gets it in the alley? I was enjoying the story until that point. no explanation was given.

The ending of this video gave me goosebumps as if I was watching a horror film. People out there need to be more like Irma in the video and be kind to everyone and help people when they can

I wont go into my life story but watching this short film really made me nervous, scared, so much so I wanted to stop the film. Just glad I got through it and watch the most genuine reaction from the actress who plays Irma.

The opening scene of this clip is exactly what's wrong with children today they have not learned to respect the elderly. It would have been much easier for him to just go over there and say it's alright or even let me help

I Am glad that you didn't try to humanize this guy. If it had been one of your competitors; that Jeb dude would've returned to Irma's workplace looking for a job. And, he'd given some tearful speech about how he grew up poor; and, he lost his parents.

Not even I talk to my elders like that, and I'm 20! If I'm ever able to find a job and catch a coworker treating an elderly with such disrespect I WILL NOT hesitate to deck them in the face. For the love of the gods, be respectful to others!
