Can a person on PSW visa switch from psw to skilled work visa before completion of psw validity? 2. If yes, what is the charge to be borne by an individual to convert from psw to skilled visa. Are all the expenses taken care by the sponsor(employer) or an individual also has to bear the cost?

Yes anyone can switch from the psw to skilled worker visa at any time if the psw visa is still valid. On the second point the charges for switching to skilled worker visa is generally borne by the company for the individual, but again this varies. Sometimes the company only provides COS.

If I come in 2022 and do bachelors for 3 years and let’s suppose government end the psw in 2024 then am I eligible for psw or the ban will be applicable on me too.

Yes u are applicable! students who are in UK completing there course after 1 july 2021 is eligible for PSW.

You cannot open your own business except in the condition that you invest £2 million in the UK economy in which case you get an investor visa.

Mera main question agar maine 1 saal ka master k liyea uk gaya then 2 yr ka work permit visa mila so 2 saal khatam hone k bad agar mera sponsor visa nehi mila koi company se to fir kai karna hain dubara ghar bapass ana hain kai , yea koi aur scope hain visa ko extended karna ka ??

After you finish your PSW you have to go back to your country unless you get a tier 2 work visa sponsorship which is very difficult..
