Thanks stranger! I was upset about it. It turns out my daughter had put a round hello kitty tag in there which came out as I was holding the eject button with the disc in halfway. Awesome!

Thank you so much its a miracle this worked, my three year old sister shoved all 6 sailor moon dvds in the ps3 AND Soul calibur 5, I got them out by using 2 other disc to grab them each slowly one by freaking one... then It didnt except afterwards so here I came :) Though each disc is now severly scratched... PS how the hell did she fit 7 freaking disc in one tiny little ps3? omg thats like 2x the annoyance...anyway thank you

Thank you so much for this. My parents got a new to them Phat PS3 from Mercari that had an issue where the disc wouldn't take, so I just held the eject button like you mentioned and put my disc in to see if it would work and it works perfectly now. Must've gotten jostled in transit.

The audio went out at 1:30 what did he say after

So it looks like my video may have messed up when I uploaded it and only got about half of the sound so what you're going to want to do is once you do the hard to eject and put your ps3 disc back inside your Playstation you want to try and turn your PlayStation off right when your desk is hovering over what would be the ps3s eye. I'm still doing this trick to this day to play BF4 and GtaV.

+Omega Gouki what i did was stick the disk halfway in then held the eject button. I used a butterknife to stick it under the disk to hold it cuz it was a tight squeeze. When the blue light flashed i pressed the power button then turned it back on and moves the disk back and forth and it worked

Try turning your ps3 on its side/upsidedown(though it sounds weird) then put in the disc. It worked for me.
