Why you jumped the hdmi out filters? You didn't show the readings first. I assume they were short circuited between legs and that could be causing the console shut down.

Shut down problem was due to the PWM chip. Short circuited between filter coils never causes the system to shut down but a black screen.

You can obtain voltage data for each chip using a properly functioning chip in another working console.
