@@idreestech basicly you do all the hard work for us to just follow and check all the checkpoints.. that is why you simplified for every faults you discovered and basicly for purpose to document it for whole world knowledge to repair there every console, and prevent and lessen world electonics garbage pollution

Another good job and the fault findings were interesting. I wish you can do close up view of all the tested points. You are the master but I am just sharing that whenever possible I normally use soldering iron and low melt solder instead of hotair to remove components like caps and resistors which may affect key components like cpu etc. May be it was in difficult area to use iron? The HDMI filters here in the West you get a lot of complaints from so called technicians if you used wires to replace, as they would shout, it will damage the encoder!! !! Your views are clear that it won't??

First of all, I have an iron of not a specific value. The one I have is of only 30 watts. It can damage the caps of the smd components. Secondly if we use a low quality LCD that can damage the encoder chip due to any back voltage from it. But only capacitors can protect the encoder HDMI chip not the coupling coils. On the other hand we cannot use capacitors in place of these coils. May be you can understand it.

There is no value data sheet about consoles. However, You can recognize the values of these components from my other videos in which I have explained them with my experience.

selamun aleykum , my master, something caught my attention. In one of your lessons, the PS3 has a steady green light but no image on the screen. Or the yellow light is problematic. For the rebal temperature value for a PS3, you said that the melting temperature of lead-free sink balls is 275 C. But you say that the temperature of the motherboard or the chip should not exceed 210 C. Is 210 C sufficient to reflow a chip? Or will flowing the chip at 240 C or 275 C, which is the maximum melting point, result in failure of the process? . In another video of yours, when you heated the PS3 super slim graphics processor during the blurred image failure, when you checked the chip, when you pushed the chip, the chip was almost completely moving. And you were successful. But I think you must have heated the chip to a maximum of 275 C in that process, so that the balls were completely melted. I could not understand this. .

Actually there is no specific profile for each size of IC while different profiles are used for each size of chip. The said profile is for bigger chips and as I am using my Rebol machine in an AC room so my profile may be different than others who are using their BJ machines in different room temperatures. As these days I am using a different temperature profile like upper nozzle temperature is maximum at 245 and the lower nozzle temperature is minimum of 255 degrees to maintain the motherboard or the temperature under a chip at 210 degrees.

My PS3 slim has the same problem it's gets off with green light then won't turn on again I have to replug in. What is your opinion for the same ?
