Love him or hate him he has made a huge impact in the business. I'm glad he brought out models for us left-handed players that are wonderful and affordable.

Stagg Jazzmaster I don’t know. I would hate for him to “alter” his creative journey. Don’t want to influence his “creed” either. Just sayin.

I own a prs sc245 and love it. Paul really impressed me when I was at the Moore music prs day Paul was looking peoples guitars over making adjustments. You could just tell he really loves the guitar and wants you to have the best tools for the job.

I was waiting for Mary Spender to ask a question. Can’t wait for the John Mayer PRS strat.

SE line and/or SE Standard line needs a singlecut and doublecut Santana shape with a single P90, volume and tone knob, wraparound bridge. Bare knuckle rock machine. Everyone needs one .

I guess I will choose either the PRS MT15 or one of the new Orange Terrors as well. Although, I must admit that I prefer to get my amplifier from Orange and my guitar from PRS as it should be. I wish someone would just compare the PRS MT15, the new Orange Terrors, the Hughes and Kettner GrandMeister 18 and EVH 5150 15 to make my life easier..

Özgür Özcan if you love the 5150 type of sound I would go with the PRS over the Orange. The Orange amps are well made and sound great for what they do but they tend to have a deeper doomier sound. The PRS sounds more my style and I like 5150s and Mesas.

How do they compare for clean tones? After all, the distortion sound is something we could easily obtain through a variety of pedals and as far as 5150 goes, we have very good units designed by James Brown himself but we need a good clean platform to build on first..

Özgür Özcan well it does depend on what you're playing. They all have decent cleans in my opinion. It sounds to me like the MT 15 has the best clean and dirty but that's my opinion. Also, if you just want to use pedals then I suggest skipping all of these high gain amps. Why buy a high gain amp just to use a distortion pedal instead. You but these amps for their distortion.

PRS rules. Having owned both PRS and Gibson, there’s no competition at this point. I think anyone that has owned both would agree. Even the S2’s smoke Gibson.

best of both worlds? better than both worlds you mean. Unless you're going for single coil, there is no need for a fender and definitely no need for a gibson

Can we order the Waring through Andertons?

Ive been playing since the world was in Black and White....And I can honestly say Ive had EVERY type/make of amp. The MT15 is HANDS DOWN the BEST amp Ive ever had!..NOT just a metal amp..(I play classic rock/blues..and with a loud drummer!) And have not yet played it above 3/4 volume..and about 11:00 gain...on 7 WATT mode..at any gig!! We dont do stadiums..but Id stll use it miked up if we did!..JUST TRY ONE!!..Nuff said!

I think the MT15/DW/Silver Sky are great in that anyone can play them and not be a fan of the artist. You could play modern prog like Chon with the Silver Sky and death metal with the MT15 just fine.

Either add Mark Tremonti to the title or remove Dustie from it guys, it's a bit misleading

You know Mark Tremonti may not be standing there with Paul if not for Bert Kreischer. Y'all should ask him about it on the Captain meets.

I guess they sold a lot of guitars last year. That's awesome, but where are people playing them? The live scene completely dried up in my part of the country. All the local music stores have closed.

Oletta Liano I play mine during the week for practice, on weekends and for recording. I also bought it used since i cannot justify spending over 3k for a guitar

PRS Quality control is far better than Gibson!!! FACT!

Ibanez maybe at a push but ESP? They have nowhere near the brand recognition as PRS, PRS has instantly recognisable original designs which is something ESP cannot claim.

Zyx according to your logic then a strat is the same as an sg and a Tele a Les Paul, the guitar shape isn't just the amount of cutouts

Dustie can sure design a beautiful guitar but the way he speaks doesn't sound very compassionate

PhycoPizza playing to a crowd is different than speaking to a crowd, especially when you think about the adrenaline going during a show.
