10 seconds does sound like a long time, but its the best idea I had. Another theory is that the extra damage came from the fact that it was a direct impact shot instead of just the explosion and this caused a hidden mechanic. One last possibility is that the troll is animation locked, so when the trollhammer staggers it, the effect is applied until the stagger animation ends, but since the animation never began, the bonus timer would never be told when to stop.

@@davidcarter7880 The staggerlock theory seems somwwhat right. If we assume that troll is 2x perma-staggered after torpedo shot, the simple usega of calculator shows that it's 19,75x1.4=27,65. And if modifiers are multiplicative, then 27,65x1,2=33,18. I don't know where the rounding comes from, though. Maybe, the game always rounds damage numbers to X,25's, down.
