Pretty awesome. That has always been a cool concept but noone seemed to get one that would fly worth a darn. Hope OMP can be the ones to do it well.

Love it. Just what I've been waiting for!

Waypoint mode for fully autonomous flights would be a fantastic augmentation for this VTOL plane. That way the craft could depart to fly along a previously saved series of GPS mission waypoints, before returning to auto-land after filming the entire round trip. A slightly less capable version of this VTOL plane would take the market by storm if the price could be whittled down to say $700, comparable to the price of a used Mavic Pro 2 quadcopter whose round trip range is a mere 6 miles, a figure that pales in comparison to the 25mile round trip range of this fixed-wing VTOL platform.

I don't hate DJI so I love it as is. But I know If I really wanted to I could pull the unit out and put in what ever I want and then use the unit in one of my other drones or planes. How do I get on a mailing list for when you get them in?

Extremely expensive for what it is.. maybe a cheep China copy will come along

It will be interesting to find out how the v-tail design with such a short rear fuselage (boom in this case) will work during engine failure on this airplane (one of the wing motors), i.e. which speed is required to prevent the yaw caused by asymmetric thrust while maintaining altitude/climbing.

is there a particular bind sequence i cannot get the controller make it go into calibration mode. it seems to control the motors and flight mode but will not go into calibration mode have dji remote

Great video! Would you be able to test the REAL maximum flight time? I have a Swan K1 that's supposed to fly for an hour but, under ideal conditions, only flies for 33 minutes maximum.

I would really like to buy this plane as soon as it's finished. Right now, I don't think it's a finished product. There should be a way to customize preferences. I.e. we need to be able to set our own prefered RTH altitude and there should be an option to let the plane loiter when it comes back from a RTH instead of it landing itself immediately. I've seen a videoreview on another channel where the plane was about to land itself after a RTH some 30 meters away from the takeoff point inside some trees. That's why a loiter after RTH would be better so you can manage your own landing. It should only autoland when it runs low on batteries. I also read that the plane has a tendency to just fall on the ground when it's hovering 1 meter above the ground. And a few early customers have made reports of electronics spontaneously frying (bad servo quality and bad FC board quality). As soon as all these things are fixed, and as soon as I see more positive reviews, I'd really love to get one cause it looks like an awesome concept. This is my most favourite wannahave toy at the moment :-)

Nice v-tol, but if this units is compared with the swan k1 pro v-tol it lacks major. Base model k1's controller has a screen on that gives you all data you want to fly with and all at approximately the same price as this ones base model where you still need to install all the gadgets to enjoy. I would buy this one if they had a similar base model setup as the swan k1 pro.

Maybe this one actually flies for an hour like they claim whereas I know from my own testing, the Swan K1 only flies for 33 minutes max with ideal conditions.

Us in the U.S. can not do a range test because legally we have to keep it within line of sight but for sure we are talking about miles of range for both video and control.

Le M2 a des variations très rapides en haut est en bas. Je possède une radio master TX12 avec votre programmation qui est super. Le M2 volé super avant le crash. Merci d’avance

Dji use sbus so you maybe can use any sbus radio for the flight controller.
