Starting bolt into a hole with an impact is a huge no no, start them by hand and then finish them off with the impact. You don’t want to strip a bolt or mess up the threads in the hole.

Would there be any advantage in using LocTite on the screws, with regard to vibration proofing?
Everything you do service you have to remove the cat plate just to lube the fitting
How is it changing the oil? Does it get in the way?

Since installing these on both your vehicles, have you experience rattling from wind while driving? I read a comment from another video where the person had this experience. Also, did you consider the Cali Raised shield before picking this one? I’m debating between this and the Cali Raised shield. Thanks.

0 rattling at all. I like that this one has a lot more coverage than the Cali raised ones. Looks are a big part of dissuading theft.
Do you have to remove the shield to drain the transmission fluid? (every 60,000 miles or so)

Yes, I do recommend keeping the bit on hand. I actually have it taped on the bottom of the rear seat cargo area.
Shield seemed kinda thin.

Why can't the thieves buy a shield and use the bit for taking off the shield of victims' car? Using rachet is also quiet, but of course slower. I guess they will go to a non-protected vehicle for ease of removal. I wonder if there are better security cap screws (bolts) that one can use!

They can but realistically the thieves are a bunch of low lives with power saws and not much else since they just want to get under, cut and go. They actually just arrested some 17 year olds in my area who were stealing catalytic converters. Sure enough, just power saws.
