Prosecutors to re-try Karen Read after mistrial
Prosecutors say they will re-try Karen Read after a judge declared a mistrial due to a deadlocked jury in her murder case Monday. Read is accused of hitting her boyfriend, Boston police officer John O'Keefe, with her SUV and leaving him to die in 2022. She says she's being framed for the killing. CBS News Boston reporter Penny Kmitt has more.

Officer John O’Keefe is dead. This is NOT a waste of money. It’s only a waste of money to those who are afraid she will be found guilty and she will. Wait for it

all the defense has to do is examine the investigator and the case will be done when the new jury finds out he is suspended........

these charges are ridiculous and the case needs to be let go. if they go forward i hope they put the brilliant minds of trooper paul and proctor back on the stand. they were great witnesses.lol.lol.

Yeah, she can go through that again, he can say all that crap in front of the new jury.
If the have a re-trial, the prosecution will need to have witnesses that can complete a sentence without lying and profanity. They were guilty of overkill from day one.

This is astonishing get the FBI involved clearly she was framed by the Alberts. The entire Alberts family should be tried along with the complicit police in that department investigating this case the FBI needs to be involved in this case immediately this is such a travesty of justice any normal human being with an IQ over 98 would be able to figure out, the truth in this case just by watching the trial, I am shocked!
