I'm familiar with Missouri Texas I used to live there. I grew in mostly Sugarland Texas around Missouri I first lived in Lexington Point and my family moved to Lakes of Brightwater Subdivision.

You showed my fave restaurant for brunch jupiters pizza near sugarland town center. Missouri city is an awesome area to very honest.

Join one of the Fort Bend isd groups. Quail Valley Middle, First Colony and maybe a few others - stay away from Lake Olympia right now.

Nice video but sounds like more cons than pros no public transportation except to a downtown a hour to get the airport 15 mins to get to a major hwy with a toll and so forth 🤔 thought about relocating to possibly the Houston area in the future but I see from here mo city won't be a good choice

I moved here from Chicago. It's kinda bad here. She's a realtor. Her job is to sell. It isn't nicknamed Misery City for nothing 😂. There is nothing to do. No decent restaurants just fast food, gas stations, and dollar stores. We have to go to Sugarland for everything (gyms, Wholefoods, doctors,etc). While taxes are low (more like 4.5%), the cost of living is superhigh. Higher than Chicago. Especially for services nails,hair, home repair

You dont have to win the lottery or base your dreams off of luck. Work your ass off and get multiple streams of income. If you work for businesses get to a management position. Doing that will open up a lot of other management positions for other businesses with good benefits like walmart.
