They are literally ripping out half of this street lmao look up the new freeway project. Only the side of the road you're on will remain.
That’s crazy amount of money for cable. wtf?
Same weather as North Carolina looks like
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the Houston metro area added 139,789 residents in 2023, which is a 1.9% increase from 2022. This is equivalent to one new resident every 3.8 minutes. The Houston metro area's population growth is attributed to two sources: people moving to the area and births outpacing deaths
The Dallas are is much the same Houston. The inky major difference is the weather. We get numerous 100.+ days every summer. We get Phoenix style weather but with humidity.
Hi I have my hardwood floors company if any one is interested free quote
One thing I remember when I was in Houston were seeing fire ants for the first time.
Any tips for a 23 yr old single woman wanting to move from Los Angeles to Huston
Hawaii, Oahu traffic begins at 2:30 but without the road rage!
You can live a wonderful life in the Mo land of milk and honey.
Have to buy a property in next 6 months while this community seems good I have heard many homes are located in 100-year floodplain and hoping new high school to perform better.
Do they have one story 3/2 homes? What are the price ranges?
High lol
lol I don’t even have a family yet and this looks like a really great area 😊
You a hater frf fr fr, whoever move here you can be you & find ways away from what she talking about. I'm from HTX since born, she trippin
This neighborhood looks so peaceful. And it also has some great and beautiful homes.
🔥🔥🔥
Hi!!! Katy is peaceful....
My mom was a realtor
Don’t do it. TXDOT wants to build the freeway double the size it is now and send all the I-45 traffic through there in the process. It’s a terrible idea, but TXDOT exists to build highways, and that’s all the know how to do, so they always do it eventually. There is not a real supermarket for miles away. The young people think it’s cool because they don’t know what a bad area it always has been. Many young minority people have been moving into the River Oaks and Upper Kirby areas, and that’s great. That area will always be the best part of town and they should take advantage of that fact too. If you can afford a decent place in EaDo you can afford something in 77019 or 77098. EaDo will be going back downhill just like Midtown did. Any location that was ever a ghetto will never be prime real estate.
Houston traffic gets funny after awhile like o another pack of FKKN cars lol
internet in canada which is expensive is like 35 bucks usd a month, we don't do cable we just do netflix and subscriptions another 15 bucks each. i don't know how much like sports net would cost. property tax in toronto is 0.6% for houses but our income tax is as high as california.

I've lived a little farther east from Eado and East River all of my life. I've been following the developments because I'm so happy that east Houston is finally getting some new development projects... it's about time. Thanks for the video!

Missouri city's explain pleas
My grandfather was born in Houston. I am glad he decided to move to New York. I can't understand why you tolerate such corrupt political parties.
The property tax in tax will end up destroying the real estate market. The local politicians keep raivit to insane levels. The state increases the deduction but the local leaders then raise it even more. One neighborhood of 100 homes can be built and those higher prices are used to hack up the entire area’s property tax rates. The state needs to take it away from all cities and counties including school taxes which is also insane.
The mosqitos in Houston are horrible! I remember as a kid in the 70s, the trucks that sprayed insecticide for mosquito control would drive down my street (Aldine Westfield Road) in the morning. I also remeber when Hardy became a toll road in the 80s.
what are your thoughts on Manvel?
Sienna Plantation is nice I like Fort Bend County
Great Information and video
I'm familiar with Missouri Texas I used to live there. I grew in mostly Sugarland Texas around Missouri I first lived in Lexington Point and my family moved to Lakes of Brightwater Subdivision.
HOA I'm sure. Cost too much in that area.
Everybody's moving to Missouri City 🤔
First time I watched your video and I was impressed. 😉👌💯
Thanks for that. We were considering Houston to get away from whako Washington state but not anymore. Florida is next.
Your accent like Beyonce ❤
Wow. I needed to hear this. I'm looking between Houston and Charlotte for my next move, but with all the research I've done, I haven't found a video or webpage that talks about this. The reality of just living in Houston everyday. I'm def gonna slow down and weigh out my options now lol
Food is gross - salty - even at the “best” places. The only good food is Mexican.
Hi I plan to come visit soon and want to move so want to look to buy hoping you can help me with that.
Handy did you have s bad hair day when you made this video. You forgot to mention the humidity on hair and make up. Not to mention on the body under the garments.
