Good luck with the maiden. I will have merch soon. Gotta get 5000 or 10,000 subs before I can sell merchandise.
Epic crash indeed. That may be the best advertising footage ever for ProBoat. A 60mph flip and you just keep going. That thing is indeed tough! It's IRONCLAD! 😉

Nice run man!! wow 63m/hr thats a ton plus 1 in km/hr!! c'mon!!! That stack...world record flight by a boat there!! yes those CNC aluminium props are not bad. Put a 46mm x 1.4 3 blade on the BJ42 on the week end and it ran great numbers!! Great video Brother!!

There's a little segment at the end d of this video let me know if you have any other questions. (I don't really recommend running your boats in salt water it's asking for failure) kzread.info/dash/bejne/mplstbNxhJSxktI.html

@@IRONCLADRC Just ordered myself one of those bad boys, gonna finally test out the V1 hopefully this weekend boss!
Big B ... Nice. 63 and no smoke!! In the computer business were used to tell customers that they ran on smoke and if any gets out, they quit running ... LOL! I love to tinker too and I'm not to proud to ask for help from experts, so, how do I replace a receiver when all the connectors are potted with some kind of goo (silicone?). My goal is to keep the number of transmitters in my collection to a minimum. If bought a Fly Sky GT3C and it seems to work well. Supports 10 profiles so 1 trans per 10 boats sounds good. Now I want to replace the recv in my UdiRC Arrow with the Fly Sky receiver. Thanks for at least reading my comment! Art Peck
@IRONCLADRC

I'd say gently cut away the "goo" and clean up the connectors there should be 2 rectangle connectors buried in the goo on for the servo and one for the speed control. When pluging into the new rx make sure the polarity is correct 👌 should be good to go brother. Thanks for watching ironclad rc

@@IRONCLADRC Thanks! I have a set of mechanic’s picks that should work to loosen it up then a little XActo X-11 blade to finish the job. I see that some guys separate the hull top and bottom to get better access. About a dozen little screws. 😟 probably worth the effort. Your last video looks like some place in Florida. I’m in Jacksonville where every development has a retention pond. Great for little boats😉 Thanks again!
Great video B! Which ABC prop was that for 63mph? That’s awesome!

What causes the shutdown, to much current or temp? Great run sir.
@IRONCLADRC
2 жыл бұрын
To much current draw on the esc due to the large pitchy Propeller, usually happens if I pull the trigger to fast to hard. Heat & lvc will also cause a power cut, but I'm thinking it's me pulling to hard

Is there somewhere that has a big selection of aluminum prop pitches? I love tweaking but also like consistency, so would like to know if improvements are coming from actual pitch changes and not something else different in the manufacturing process. Thanks

Hi mate I have the v1 I found the strut impossible to adjust found there’s no no movement in it with the bolt off? It’s tight as hell and if you do get to move it the bolt won’t fit back in,it’s not like the strut in my old geico and veles
@IRONCLADRC

You need to bent the stuffing tube and file the adjustment hole larger
@dazspurs9899
2 жыл бұрын
@@IRONCLADRC won't that put extra friction on the flex cable? I don't have anything small enough to get inside that small hole lol,plus the stuffing tube is brass or something stiff as hell lol I never had to do anything like that on my impulse v3
OM 4519 lets motor rev and somehow it keeps the temps low on my v1
@IRONCLADRC

I think it's the blade area that's keeping the Temps so low. Less blade area = more rpm? Idk just a thought.

Where can I talk directly to you? Got my sonic wake today and ran one set of 8000s through it and 2 of my battery tray things are broken. The batteries slid towards the middle and it wouldn't self right.... luckily it worked like a fan boat and got it to the edge of the pond. I need to be able to show you a pic. Looks to me like the battery straps should go through the slots on both sides of the battery tray. Please let me know. Facebook messenger, email etc. I'm so aggravated
