The fact that her injuries are all anime only changes shows just how much of a beast she is. They literally had to nerf her because they knew she was an absolute menace to everything imaginable.

One important thing to note is in the jungle scene she willingly handicapped herself by using muskets and 20th century pistols to pay tribute to Diego Lovelace ( Garcia's father) because those weapons are family heirlooms . AKA antiques meaning she most likely repaired them , bought or crafted the ammo for them , and taught herself how to use them just for this occasion.

By the way Fabiola, the tiny maid, almost just as badass as the rest of the regular cast. The boot knife castration was just one of her badass scenes. She was personally chosen and trained by Roberta as a back up, if something happens to her.

Fun fact: her injuries aren't cannon. In the manga and light novel. She didn't sustain any injuries at all! She's such a menace the anime had to nerf her!

Manga: Roberta survives, suffers a few scratches but no major injuries Anime: Roberta survives but loses an arm, a leg, two of her fingers, an eye and was confined to a wheelchair Roberta is that much of a menace to society that she ended up getting nerfed in the anime. Just like Madara Uchiha when the way he died got nerfed because the author didn't know how to kill his character because of how OP he made him

Just to clarify about the belt scene. They did not have actual intercourse but rubbing and grinding on each other. When the guy pulled back, he told Roberta to take her pants off and that's when she used the gun inside of the belt to kill him.

Black Lagoon is a fantastic series to get into. One of my first animes I've ever watched and definitely possesses great plot, characters, fight scenes, and well.... you've seen what Roberta is all about

What's even more terrifying is the fact that she canonically did not sustain those injuries.

Roberta is so Psycho that she had a whole season devoted by her insanity.

Roberta: More bad ass than John Wick. More harder to fight than a Dark Souls 3 boss. More terrifying than Tanya. She puts Kratos to shame. Probably-100%-more sadistic than Esdeath. Alucard from Helsing would probably try to wife her.

You want to know the most terrifying thing about Roberta? The anime actually nerfed her strength: In the manga, she did not lose any of her limbs. That said, if Roberta is a Terminator then Balalaika is f-ing Skynet. If you make her your enemy...even if you manage to get close enough to see her in-person, it just means there's 10 different ways she can kill you instead of the usual 50.
