Nathan Strickland Damn! Same here! 😂 Saw them live in early 93 I believe, with Big Chief as the opening band. I remember crowd surfing, security helped catch me for the third time, between the barrier and stage. Started trying to mosh with them and was promptly kicked out! Good times!

Seen them open up for Sepultura and Pantera on July 19th 1994 at the San Diego Sports Arena. I’ve been a fan ever since! 🤘🏽I was 22 at the time and I’m 48 today! Still kicks ass!

I saw Prong in 1994 when they had the keyboard player. I like in the beginning of this video, you here the guitar riff, but no guitar was being played. That was a sample loop. Cool way to use a sampler back then.

no shit, i saw them in denver 20 years ago and it was chaos. the pit used to be part of the show, you jump in and swim and feel the aggression. my friend broke his nose in the pit and that was seen as "hardcore", now if that happened there would be lawsuits. Im glad i grew up when i did.

Because its boring as shit. I remember when this was new and played nonstop on MTV. Believe it or not millenials, MTV used to be all about music. Anyway, Prong and this song in particular were and still are a mystery to me as to why so many people love them so. Boring, slow, nice groove but totally uninteresting music that does nothing for me. But thats only my opinion, . Listen to what you like and fuck what others say.

@Austin Lucksted I´ve watched a few interviews where Jaz doesn´t say it directly but suggests that his involvement with the ex Wax Trax recs crowd in the US might not had been the best career move he´s chosen ... and yeah, if you think of the people from that group who are no longer with us, he´s got a point . Jourgensen is either one resistant motherf____ or he has made very wise choises healthwise , now and then - one of them being not allowing other members like Scaccia to get him into the Meth scene which was what killed him imho -terrible drug .

I saw Prong 3 times, but the best show was in 1994 at Nassau Colliseum in Long Island. They opened for Pantera. The Show was Insane!!!!

Watching this on the 90s I was always amazed how good everything sounds in this live performance. Amazing guitar sound and so good to be able to hear it with good headphones now.
I'm 45, I was listening to this group in high school, I graduated in 1992.they are awesome!!!! Still love them to this day.

Nathan Strickland Damn! Same here! 😂 Saw them live in early 93 I believe, with Big Chief as the opening band. I remember crowd surfing, security helped catch me for the third time, between the barrier and stage. Started trying to mosh with them and was promptly kicked out! Good times!

Seen them open up for Sepultura and Pantera on July 19th 1994 at the San Diego Sports Arena. I’ve been a fan ever since! 🤘🏽I was 22 at the time and I’m 48 today! Still kicks ass!

Tommy’s like the epitome of the non-pretentious, truly bad ass, rockstar, and the tone is coming out of that SG is just unbeatable!! And it looks so sexy too! Best metal guitar out there

They sound amazing here. RIP Raven, his tone was absolutely MONSTROUS.

bought me and everyone at bar a beer back in 92 when they opened for for Flotsam and Jetsom and drank with us. Tommy is a hell of a nice guy and real.
I’m 56 and Prong is still in my blood.
I saw Prong in 1994 when they had the keyboard player. I like in the beginning of this video, you here the guitar riff, but no guitar was being played. That was a sample loop. Cool way to use a sampler back then.
i'm on my mid 40's now. when i look at these great bands we had for our 20's, and god knows Prong is one of them, i feel we were privilegied kids. Discussing around beers with friends, we all know it. Those were the days!

no shit, i saw them in denver 20 years ago and it was chaos. the pit used to be part of the show, you jump in and swim and feel the aggression. my friend broke his nose in the pit and that was seen as "hardcore", now if that happened there would be lawsuits. Im glad i grew up when i did.

Because its boring as shit. I remember when this was new and played nonstop on MTV. Believe it or not millenials, MTV used to be all about music. Anyway, Prong and this song in particular were and still are a mystery to me as to why so many people love them so. Boring, slow, nice groove but totally uninteresting music that does nothing for me. But thats only my opinion, . Listen to what you like and fuck what others say.

I'm 57 and I got hip to Prong back when Beg to Differ came out. So underrated! Should have really blown up. I got about six of their songs in heavy rotation and they have their own playlist on my phone.
Was at a concert in Mesa,Az. In the 90s me and my homie were chillin' didnt buy our tickets yet. A dude walked up to us asking for a cigarette. My homie knew him. Asked how the tour was going. I'm like .. what???... were talking about the tour....... anyway turned our he was the drummers from Prong. Coolest most down to earth conversation Ever. People dont believe me ...1,000,000 million percent true ........ it happens.... right place right time.

@Austin Lucksted I´ve watched a few interviews where Jaz doesn´t say it directly but suggests that his involvement with the ex Wax Trax recs crowd in the US might not had been the best career move he´s chosen ... and yeah, if you think of the people from that group who are no longer with us, he´s got a point . Jourgensen is either one resistant motherf____ or he has made very wise choises healthwise , now and then - one of them being not allowing other members like Scaccia to get him into the Meth scene which was what killed him imho -terrible drug .
