i grew up with a very strict christian family, so i had to get all my stuff for myself. but either way they’re all still special to me, but sometimes i do wish i can at least open up to a family or even a friend without the worry of being called out.

I’m also an herbal tea mixer and grower for many yrs ….I make medical teas as well ….and I’m a Virgo!😊

I have 3 THREE BLANK Books of Shadows. Just as you say I am afraid to mess it up. You have given me inspiration. Thank you. I plan to use watercolor for water, charcoal for earth, pyrography for fire and scented oil for air to scribe spells. I've used them on paper for the spells but not in the book.

I came across that exact book at the Barnes & Noble, and I love it. Absolutely brilliant idea to scribe a spell on the inside of the thong. Thanks.

All my books are written in pencil with the exception of illustrations which I draw in ink. So I can alter it later if needed. Tip: putting blood in your ink is great as a devotional page.

Oh my god this is a freaky thing but I was just working on my grimoire while watching this video and thinking about how I had to include my spirit guide that appeared to me in a meditation years ago that I haven't seen since named Frances, then I got to about 3:10 and you said her name... I think it's definitely time to try to reconnect with her.

I just found your channel and subscribed! I really appreciate your encouragement to make your grimoire your own and not be afraid of making mistakes. It seems to be a common fear that we’ll ruin our beautiful books so we end up never writing in them. I’m using a 3-ring binder at the moment but am going to give myself permission to use a beautiful book and be imperfect. I made some “parchment” paper with coffee grounds and and like your suggestions for how to use it. ❤️

I totally get it, I was afraid so much so, of “ruining” my Grimoire that it sat blank for a long while, now it’s like my best friend, goes with me most places and is just perfectly imperfect, just like all of us 😃 Hope you enjoy the topics, I generally post every 7-14 days depending on my schedule, as the spring through October seasons I do many psychic and witchy faires as well!! Merry Meet, Brian. Just had your channel come up in my feed. Look forward to visiting more often. I'm in the process of building my BOS. One of the things I'm doing is I purchased a ream of parchment-inspired paper from the office supply. After rearing the edges with a ruler to get that 'rough cut' look, I'm dying them in coffee and herbs. I do have good sun in the Ozarks pretty much year round but I do my drying in the summer. Right now, we have a very cold spring. I'm waiting for warmer days so I can finish dying my papers. I'd be interested in your tea recipes if you would share. As to the glues, as a cardmaker and scrapbooker for several years, I can tell you that the double-sided tape will release over time as well. I use Tear n Tape or Score Tape. Seems to have better adhesion over time. I also use Tombo Mono Multi-Purpose glue. While that looks like white glue, it doesn't let your paper wrinkle like white glue if you use it in a thin layer or single line around the edges. I like writing with fountain pens but the ink smudges if it gets wet and runs. I don't want that happening in my book of shadows so I use art pens which are water resistant instead.

I love your Grimoire and the info you have in it, may I ask what type of book you are using and where did you get it, it looks nice and thick? I am a mature beginner witch looking for advice, info and ideas to start 😊

I think he said the “Theban”. I have “Raymond Buckland’s complete book of witchcraft” it has a number of different witches alphabets including Theban.,
