Just found your channel today. I'm a Solitary myself but struggling with actually writing in my new book/(s). Fear I think. But I have tons of notes, stashed in tons of nooks. After I watched your video, I began to write a rough journal. I think what you said that really reached me was it doesn't matter what you call your book, it's yours to name. That's what's been stopping me, not knowing if I'm breaking a rule or not by not doing this right. The difference between a BOS, and a Grimoire. What to do... I feel more at ease and more free now. Thank you so much for sharing your BOS/Grimoire. I haven't seen too many male practitioners on YT I also subbed. Solitary eclectics! I too do spells and rituals when I need to instead of waiting on the day or the hour to roll around. I'm just now getting my herbs together. I'm embarking on making my 2nd attempt at a BOS/Grimoire, this time with a Cosmic/Celestial aesthetic. I found quite a bit on pintrest that helped me start my BOS. Just a lot of good info graphics, quotes & affirmations that vibed with me.

Thanks so much!!! Agreed!! Turmeric is amazing as an anti inflammatory!! I’m starting a new playlist called Witchy DIYs’ the first video will be up a bit later this week and is on how I make my own body butter, in that playlist I’m going to do a video on some teas I make for myself, turmeric is one I make for any inflammatory pain and another will be my lavender tea for sleep; they’re both amazing, I use them as do my friends!!!

Solitary Eclectic myself! I really enjoy your book! It's beautiful and it seems to suit your personality very well! I recent started moving my stuff to a digital format, that way I can easily carry it around with me, whereever I go. I can also print later to make a beautiful book! (I use an iPad and hand write and draw everything myself!) ...I started so many books, but I found myself becoming so frustrated because of mistakes etc. (I've always had an issue with this) That said - your "happy accidents" really add character and charm to your book! 🙂 Subbed as well! :) Love from Canada 🇨🇦❤

I do have a lot of “go to” material from my Grimoire on my phone and iPad as well; many times I’ll screen shot or snap a pic of something with my device and save it to my Grimoire folder to later add to my physical book as well. I’ve always loved the feel of carrying my Grimoire I treat it as a friend and take it on adventures with me 😃 Thanks for subbing and the comment, I love hearing from our KZread community!!

Molly really is awesome!! Literally I was struggling with working in my Grimoire until I watched her Rock your Grimoire video, it really put things into perspective for me and gave me the confidence to just “do it” lol glad you watched the video, hopefully my videos both inspire and make folks want to subscribe to my channel!! I wonder what some other colors people might favor in their Magik; I know I wear a lot of black, I always have even as a child, it just seemed both natural to me as well as efficient even before I realized my full path. Usually in my candle draw I have a majority of both white and black candles and many earth tone colors, it just resonates for me.

I agree!! The majority of my wardrobe is black and definitely muted earth tones, I’ve always liked the simplicity and protection of black, admittedly it is hard when one of my cats has white hair but I’ve always got a lint brush at arms length 😂🤣

@@evolvingvibes3492 yeah I feel you on that lol. The cat hair that is. I don't have cat, but I have a white dog and another dog that's black and white. So yeah lol. Yeah I like earthy tones too. Like greens and khaki. Although I do like a bit of purple too lol. But in general I have most if not all black on. I like hints of purple in like jewellery. Like a nice amethyst pendant.

Because I am stardust, I do epic cosmic shit...I loved that haha

Love the video. I have a question for you. Listen I’m 55 yrs old and have filled many books of shadows, grimiores and so on. I started practicing before we had internet so you can imagine how much information I’ve accumulated and written down in books over the years. I’ve recently started making a Bos by hand because I couldn’t find one that I liked and decided to craft one on my own. My question is that I noticed you had a silver pentagram alter tile in front of you in the video and I would like to buy one to place on the front cover of the one I’ve crafted. Can you tell me what size yours is? It seems like the right size for my book. I would really appreciate it. It’s hard to judge when your buying on line. Any help you can give me with that would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry it took so long to reply!!! I can’t wait to hear how your BoS comes out!!! My altar tile is solid metal so definitely some heft behind it, it’s just about three inches in diameter and can be found at local witchy shops and definitely online!!

Unfortunately I’ve moved to the Deep South so there are not a lot of witchy stores around and I’m going to be honest. The 2 shops that i do know about take advantage of that fact and charge a ridiculous amount of money for things. as much I love everything they have I’m not going to be taken advantage like I’m new to all this. . I’m not saying they are not honest but it feels like they are taking advantage of people that need these kinds of supplies. I always try to stock up when I visit my family in NY. Or reputable stores online. Anyway I really really enjoy your videos so thanks for sharing them with everyone. Many blessings.
