I love the bumper but the only thing that gets on my nerves is when the sides of the bumper slightly protrude out, wish they were flush with the side of the fenders...maybe I have ocd.... i would buy it in a heart beat if they had what im talking about, or is there a reason why they do that???

when replacing the stock front bumper with the Smittybuilt MOD front bumper, does the horns and vacuum canister need to be relocated in a 99 XJ?

What about the vacuum reservoir? Is there a mount for it or does it need to be relocated?

Any new videos of the extra stuff you have done to the XJ? Great videos. I miss my XJ

What about those front lights? Are they good light?

Do you need to drill and cut if you're just installing the bumper or is that just if you're putting on a winch?

+Will Steiner It's very minimal drilling and cutting. the cutting is just the inner fender liner, and the drilling is for the bracket. You would need to do both with or without a winch.

Adding a bumper and a winch like this one, does it bring down the front end any due to weight?

Depending on the age of your springs, it may bring the front end down a bit. But it will drop it a little on any springs.

What steering setup do you guys have on project XJ. I don't see the steering stabilizer from the first video when the 3.5 lift was installed.

Hey guys what's the part number on that bumper? Cuz I got one but I didn't get any brackets. And I look up the bumper also with part number on bumper and it states it's direct fit.

Quadratec Part No: 12051.0800 Manufacturer Part No: 76810 That bumper is a direct fit for sure, if you are missing mounting brackets you should give us a call (if you ordered from us) or whomever you bought it from. Smittybilt if very good about shipping out any missing parts or hardware.

XJcherokee4x4 Since the most recent video we have done a few things: Smittybilt rock sliders, and G2 axle and gear dif covers, and an SYE. Next major install, will be addressing the cooling system issues that plague the XJ's.
