Out of ALL the examples I have seen, this is the BEST example for calculating the critical path(s). I agree with the comments below, the textbook nor the instructor's guidance did not help me. This is so understandable and clear. I am glad I stumbled on this video. Thank you!

I am impressed how easy you made it look. I was able to follow you all the way and even doing some of the paths before you finished the path. I wonder if yo have any videos explaining what are critical junctures and how to determine the them, in other words, what make it critical or not. I bet all yours students get As, because you make it so easy to understand. This is why being a professor (Dr) makes a difference in teaching courses, you have a deep knowledge in the subject matter. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

Thanks. Floats are still important but not required to find the critical path(s).

This is the critical path method or CPM, in other videos I have seen that try to explain the critical path method by the pert method. Thanks for your explanation.

You need to use the expected times as activity durations and find the critical path. I have a video on PERT as well.
