Also consider running an empty conduit with a string inside from the battery box/electrical area to a few key points where the majority of your cables terminate behind something (i.e. underneath kitchen sink, main light switch/info panels, bench, front, etc) so that in the event of a cable getting damaged or needing to run additional cables in the future (i.e. you want to install a water level monitor in the future, etc), it'll be much easier to pull through without having to dismantle or destroy your work inside.
