Thanks for your video.the lock I bought was defective in that the long beep after pushing button did not happen.nor was there anything in the instructions that mentioned that second beep.but your vidio did.the replacement lock did have such a beep.if not for your vidio I would not have known about the second beep.thanks for your effort.much appreciated

the instruction manual left out some information. Thanks, I'll try this. I knew it must be easy as I had a Kwikset ten years ago and no problem. I didn't understand that you have to wait for the beep and then hit the 1 or 2 or whatever THEN add the code. I thought it meant to hit the program button that many times. Silly me, but I am tired, that's my excuse.

What if it doesn't beep when you touch the programming button?

Online says you can have multiple codes stored. So do you need to hit the button on the back to add a temporary code or will that delete your existing one?

Should the deadbolt be in or out when you start. I have followed your instructions but it’s still not working😢

Hi Do you know how to do a one time use code. I think there's a 7 in there instead of the 1 (?)

Does it have an autolock feature?

Mine keeps flashing red. I've done everything I can do for it. I don't understand what the h*** is going on. It was almost $200.
