Yup, he lost the election to her by just enough to get to be president anyway thanks to the republican handicap electoral college. A national disgrace. Hillary would have been FAR from a great president but she doesn't scapegoat unpopular minority populations, doesn't want to waste an impossible fortune to build a wall to stop Mexicans from skipping out on their visas once they're legally allowed on the other side, or ban immigration from countries that had nothing to do 9/11 citing 9/11. Only Trump "drains the swamp" by digging it deeper and filling it with more sludge.

Agreed. National Park websites have removed their posts concerning global warming while the EPA has been told to keep quiet until further notice. Jokes aside, arguments with trolls aside I believe we are dealing with a dictator who is now attempting to solidify his power. Leaked documents suggest tomorrows executive order will be to ban Muslims and refugees. Today it was Latino's and rounding them up. People who belong to minority groups are fearful but what Trump supporters don't understand is that once he's finished with us he will turn his attention to them. It will become "Who's not fascist enough to be a fascist."

I was shocked. With something so important, I would have thought that the EPA, CDC, FDA, etc are protected by congress, because their function is too important to be mucked with by one person.

They're gutting the EPA because it's an unsolvable pile of bullshit and bureaucracy that's been in dire need of serious un-fucking for the past three decades. A man in Montana dug a pond according to guidelines set up by conservationists in the area to help promote wildlife. This pond was dug on Private property. The EPA made him fill the pond in because he didn't clear the change with them first. Also almost all government agencies are underneath the Executive branch and thus the Presidents control. They exist to pursue and enforce laws with power delegated to them by the president. For the EPA, CDC, and FDA (Just for starters) to get picked apart and cleaned out, or even totally done away with and replaced, is a move in the right direction.

You need to understand the difference between the total number and the occurence per person (i.e. as a percentage). The AIDS prevalence rate among adutls in India is 0.26% (as a comparison, it is 0.60% in USA, that is higher than India by more than two times). On the other hand, it is 18.92% in South Africa.
