It's shockingly flavorful for being so ginger-forward. It's a super bright cocktail. And ya.. Adrian's Desert Oasis Room is an incredible work of art.. every time I go there I'm blown away!

Doc! Absolutely, Adrian built one amazing hell of a home bar, it is such a joy to be there every time. And yea, that Professor's Nocturnal Dream has such a unique flavor.. it was Adrian actually who commented in-the-room with: "it's like a lemon chiffon cake!" and I think that says it best. Thanks for watching, Doc!

Just when I thought I was out, Tiki pulls me back in... I just watched a few youtube, bummed out you didn't have anything, wrote my stupid comments everywhere and was about to get back to hellish work when I saw you had a new video... Then it's over and I'm like there is a minute left... Ha, worth it... I am now wondering if I have guava nectar at home... I think I do, but it's probably stupid other nectar... I will go home and it'll be passionfruit goya... I just know it...

Haha, thanks for watching all the way to the end. Jess and I both agreed, as we edited the final portion there: "welp.. nobody will ever watch this.. it's wayyy too long after the cocktail has been made", so.. God bless ya for seeing the full 'story'. I have a feeling that another stupid nectar will probably still work very well, I'd even be curious to see what it potentially brings to the overall effect.. probably good stuff. It's really that Ginger and coconut combo that gives it the majority of the bang. Thanks for watching!!

@@CocktailFridays what else would I be doing? Work? You release on cocktail Friday’s, I have the time…. Also, it is Passionfruit juice… I just threw the guava out, because I figured we’d die from it, and I thought we had more…. I’ll get some , but we do have everything else!

I missed this one until today. But literally last night I got my ol bottle of Canton out to try something with Suntory. It's one of those bottles I rarely use, but now I will try this one. I infused my cantons with ginger to boost the actual ginger flavor. I hope it's not to much. Maybe I'll take it down a bit, or the syrup. I gotta dive back into this book. This is where I found the South Seas serenade. Really yummy! Oh, I saw polynesian pop at Tiki Caliente but was so busy I never got to meet him. Great energy, look forward to that at some point. OMG...the end, you crack me up. Hilarious my guy! Fun collab. Cheers!

Oh yes!! I recall you talking about super-infusing the Canton with more ginger, it must be so intense-- but awesome!! Oh yea! I believe I've made the South Seas Seranade at home once! Ginger isn't my fave but some now and then to mix things up is great!

For sure! Admittedly, this cocktail doesn't really come across very gingery, but sort of blends together with that coconut rum & coco real to make that cake-taste in the end. Thanks for watching!!
