You can still use camel crusher in logic 10.5. You can’t see the visual knobs, but if you go to control mode you can adjust the parameters numerically.

cudabass43572 he's added it on the channel bus, you wouldn't get such a marked effect if you ran it in parallel on an aux or send bus and it would probably be too much on the master/main bus

the tip even alex doesnt giv is start in c major, root note 5th above and then rather than having the third in the middle move it up an octave - duplicate that chord and change the rhythm slightly, then pitch it up and down and transpose the whole thing after that if u want it in a different key to c xx

Wtf. I’ve had cable guys plugin for a year and I never knew you could draw in the effect in a specific location. Although I have cubase so maybe it’s slightly different in that DAW

Braxton Cooke he's not really drawing in the effect at a particular time. The effect is running all the time but he has the dry/wet mix set to 0. Where he wants the effect he draws in an automation ramp on the daw to lift the mix up to 100%.

Dj Dazza ableton doesn't have a built in lfo (actually if you have suite there's a max lfo plugin). You need an lfo which can modulate the volume of the channel or alternative most soft synths have an lfo you can use to modulate the vca or volume. A standard lfo will work off waveforms though, sine, saw, square or, probably closest to what he's used, triangle. But it won't be quite the same as cableguys lets you draw custom curves/waveforms (as does lfo tool). As a hacky solution in ableton, you could add a utility audio effect to the track and then automate the gain on that and cut and paste the automation envelope. Not particularly friendly, but built in and ultimately will let you have the same control over track volume. HTH
