Professional Tennis Training with coach Dabul (Federer, Nadal, Djokovic, Murray, Halep, Williams)

After 16 years as a top professional player ATP, World #1 ITF jrs and High performance coach, I've realized that tennis is a way of life. A single decision that will take you to do everything at your 100% (Training, nutrition, take care of your body, matches, respect the coach, etc).
This is what I try to teach and explain to my players,
it is not enough to have talent, you have to work hard and follow a process of several years to have the opportunity to play at the best level of professional tennis.
In this video i share a series of advanced drills for professional tennis players. In these drills we look for and work the acceleration of the shots. We hand-feed a weightless ball so that the player generates 100% of the strength and power. We also work on the balance, footwork and full instensity. Players on this video are between 14 and 17 y/o. All these drills are practiced by the best tennis players in the world, including Murray, Djokovic, Federer and Nadal.
