what you can do is find someone you know to mimic these drills for you. you dont need a trainer, anyone who can feed a ball can do it.

Hello I have a serious question I’ve been wondering about. Whenever I play a match and move my feet very well i always end up losing because I keep missing shots. When I’m lazy and standing on my feet I feel more relaxed and I tend to win a lot this way even against opponents that are better than me who is moving a lot more than me why is this????

You are probably naturally lazy!!!!

my guess is you go for higher percentage shots when you don't move your feet, and go for risky low percentage shots more when you move your feet. footwork doesn't make up for poor shot selection!

Tennis is dead. It becomes an industry. 10s of thousands of juniors train very hard every day in the USA alone, but few eventually can go to pro. All players in his video are solid D1 players, but none of them can make to the pro. Many of them will have life long injuries due to excessive training in childhood, and many of them cannot find a good job after college, because they don't have a good major and their GPA is low. They spend too much time on tennis in college.
