My house was built 1892 and remodeled the last time in the 90s it has no dishwasher and I have been washing dishes by hand for 19 years now family of 8....also are washer was broke for 6 weeks waiting on a part to come in I washed our clothes by hand in the bathtub till the part came in only took what I had to the laundry mat...struggle is real

@@mikahbowden8320 I hear you I was a single mom for years. I took my dishwasher out. It’s just me , my husband passed. I made a recycling bin closet in it’s place and I store my dog food in there. Do not miss that dishwasher at all in fact, I had six kids and never had a dishwasher until I moved into this house and all the kids were grown and out by then.

Hi. I know you have to get propane for heat. Have you thought about selling your tv stand then get one with a fireplace in middle. That way it could by you some time until you are ready for it. I just bought one at Walmart for 150.00. Just a thought. Love your place and how you decorate. Have a blessed week.

When my dishwasher stopped working a few years ago (and I didn’t have money to have someone come in and fix it as a single mom), I was able to fix it by removing the bottom cover and vacuuming it out with a vacuum hose. Seems the dust was clogging it. I never knew I could even remove the cover (until I had to). Maybe try that. It was a cheap, easy, and quick fix for me.

You can also use your dishwasher as a drying rack until you get it fixed.

The pump was clogged and now it's the motor, so we will need to replace it. I'm hoping that solves the issue.

We looooove Walmart clothes!!!

I have had a dishwasher at the few homes I have lived at but never liked to use them cause I would forget I had dishes in lol we are family of 4 and ever since my children were small I just got use to doing the dishes, but don’t think for one minute I sometimes wouldn’t leave some dishes in the sink over night, which I would and I would get mad at myself cause I really don’t like doing that, but I am only human , and what you said is totally right if there is a day where we mothers and heck even fathers just take a day off to do nothing well we all deserve that cause not just keeping up with daily family duties is hard sometimes but life in general gets tough. I do hope you get you dishwasher fixed soon as well as your dryer (that I can’t live without) god bless.

You could hangdry your laundry.. l do that! But l think it's a lot with the Kids.. l hope dryer will work soon ❤️

Love going to Walmart for the baby clothes can’t beat the prices! Especially for toddler since they just ruin their clothes and outgrown them so quick!

My children are 52, 51,49 and 46..my son started wearing garanimals animals in 1972. That’s how long that lines been out..he is the oldest, then the 3 girls… Marie I know what it means to have. Your hands full look at the ages of my children😂😂you do an awesome job! I don’t celebrate Halloween being a Christian, but I enjoy your videos and the decor, have a blessed evening❤ btw, I have the same exact shoe tray, they last for years..I love it and it’s just me, but coming in and out of the snow in Massachusetts and the rain it really helps!

Hi, Marie! I live in snow country & we use those boot mats starting in fall and allllllll the way through winter. You are right, they are awesome -- they keep all the rainy boots contained and all of the snowy boots contained. They are a life saver! I even seen some double stacked ones at Bed, Bath & Beyond so that you could have two levels......they're super helpful and they really last. : )

The warranty for the dishwasher is expired. We got the washer and dryer used.

When do you start decorating for Christmas? I plan to Tuesday. I think babies leave about as much food on the highchair and floor as they get in them. Lol. Have a great week!

The van is going in the shop Nov. 2nd for several weeks. I've been drying clothes at my dad's. No way I could sit and hold Jackson for 2 hours at a laundry mat.

Save your receipt for walmart clothes. Some of the ones I bought looked faded and aweful after first wash 😥

Love your videos, they do give me motivation to get my house cleaned and organized. I don't think we all need to have little babies at home or be a stay at home mom to get cleaning or organizing motivation from creators videos. The majority of channels I watch have small children and I don't but it still give me inspo to get it all done. I'm sure there are many of your subs that don't have small children, just a thought.

We actually got rid of a lot of stuff and threw away some things. I haven't noticed the smell in the new house thankfully.

Well momma bear Marie, here I go one more time, I'm not a repairman or a know-it-all. So I'm glad yal have an idea on the dryer reason. I, as ive have or havent sd, 3 years ago i wanted to tackled on my on at 72, bc I'm so picky having thgs my way and wonder why wouldn't thgs be fixed the right way instead of putting a bandage on it period temporarily Also no training in certain fields has entrigued me. Yep i was a 'Tom boy' growing up. Now to my point, so I won't ask or bother you abt this, what is or not the dishwasher doing. I've worked on and repaied hvac, sub panel breaker box to this modular fixer upper, septic yuk system, gross, The the refrigerator (ge) reset compressor switch, vc ice machine was removed but not tapped off, the our dreaded dish washer, it smelled it wouldn't turn opposite direction to spray top and bottom, then replaced heating element to oven. Oops the house thermostate needed regarding bc of faulty cheap batteries. So Marie these are God's, Google and my ability to stick to it credentials. Not even costly I know I've save myself 10,000.00 in parts and repairs and trip charges which are Rip offs. For free with no pats on the back I'd like to see if I can assist. With that being sd let me try I'd like to help yal through what all yal have gone through. I to am lead to just try. Nothing ventured nothing gained, just your vlog subscriber who's hooked like a soap opera fan. Omg, huh. So sorry I've taken up your comments section. Either yes or no response, I'll still be a concerned viewer of yals life in A to Z living my terminology. Ok 🐊 thus is not a trick-or-treat explanation. Lov yal all, next time lay those pan cakes mm on top of each other to resemble mm. He'll, Nolan, will remember that forever. Schools out early today I'm off and running .

@@MarieLoveAsbury so pull filter out motors froze up only , I wouldn't replace until filter under bottom spray is cleaned. Whomever does it put on a mask if weak stomach. Ps my dw 1996 hadn't work in years house was idle and empty. Just saying Later 🐊 I'm glad it's got a. Diagnosis. Put I'd fiddle with it first. Peace out yal.

Instead of putting clean dishes on your counter put them in the dishwasher so you can have a clutter free counter top 😉
