PRODUCTION CALENDAR TUTORIAL - HOW TO MAKE A GANTT CHART TEMPLATE
StudioBinder’s Production Calendar solution is designed to give any project structure and efficiency. Using a Gantt chart, you’ll be able to lay your entire project onto a timeline to ensure the process is thorough and timely. This Gantt chart tutorial series will walk you through the step-by-step process of creating and managing your ideal production calendar.
In this episode, we continue with how to create a custom Gantt chart template.
Now that you have created a production calendar in StudioBinder, you can save it as a template with a single click. Once you’ve got your Gantt chart set up, simply click the “More” button, and you’ll see “Save as Template.”
You can then reuse this template on future projects. When you create a new production calendar, choose the saved template option. You can then import the same events, tasks, teammates, files, comments, or task progress by enabling or disabling each element.
