Thank you. Have you found a way to log into a meeting room / auditorium as a Presenter and have only the "live" view on screen, rather than the entire Presenter view? Thank you.

Good show & tale video and clear demonstration with easy to follow instruction. Couple of questions: When the general public is invited to attend the live event meeting, would their names will show-up in the attendees list? When the Q&A box is checked, the conversation in that box is public or only the producer/presenters can see?

Public attendees are provided an option to enter a name. Questions are posted to the event producers, they can reply to just that person asking the question, or the entire audience.

I’m a visually impaired veteran who is joining Microsoft Teams meetings for training while the VA’s Blind Rehab centers are closed. I’m on an iPad Pro and when joined to the event my display is split into 6 sections. One the presenter, myself and other attendees. It is difficult for me to see what the presenter is doing. Is there a way to maximize the presenter to fit my full screen. This would be a great help to myself and other blind vets. Thank you for any help.

Great job. Thank you My concern is the 20 SECONDS DELAY. For a live event, that is way too long. I am thinking if Teams Devs can reduce that lag drastically. My thought is 2 or 3 seconds is acceptable. Regards.

Is it possible to see the audience and talk while we are online?

One question, on TEAMS LIVE, is it possible to have a guest presenter on the same screen as the producer (and/or another presenter). Like a talk show scenario. Or like TEAMS meeting where you can have more than 1 person on screen talking. How to do this on teams LIVE?

What about hybrid meetings, when you have one of the presenters in a meeting room with other people listening directly to her voice? How to manage the 20/30 secs delay? You need to show the presenter view that is in real-time?

How do you share your PowerPoint presentation in present mode automatically?

Good tutorial. Getting ready to do my first Teams live event and am not finding our how to show a powerpoint presentation. Is this something only presenters can do from another computer?

Hi Lynn, you need to be a producer and in Teams to show your PPT. You can have up to 10 producers/presenters. Microsoft has a good support page with more details. support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/produce-a-live-event-using-teams-591bd694-121d-405c-b26d-730315e45a22#bkmk_producercapabilities

Very useful video thank you but I have a question about thr talking head and content. I will be producing and sharing content from my desktop for a presenter to speak. Csn I share the slides but have his video to the side? Not my video

If producers want, can they watch screen of atendees? Can participants open cam?

How the producer moves the slides once it is live ?

Press the recording button, it saves to Microsoft Stream (I think that's what it's called), you get a link to share.

Can you have multiple webcams up at once?

As a producer are you able to queue up a presenter’s PowerPoint instead of them taking over the main screen automatically?

Just merge all the slides into one presentation, I can never work out whey people have 5 or 6 on the go? Just put them into one seamless presentation. SIMPLES

1great tutorial but one question. Is it possible to show more than one presenter on screen at a time? I want to record a presentation with three presenters who will interacting with each other and a PPT presentation. would like to be able to show all on screen. Thoughts?

Merge them all into one seamless presentation, I can never work out why people have 6 or 7 presentations on the go, just put them all into one simple one. SIMPLES

Yes. Live events require an Enterprise License E1, E3, or E5 or Education licesnese, A3 or A5. Your organizations IT department must also enable the feature.

Hi Ben, great question. I do not believe you can. Gallery views are limited to 49 people in Teams MEETINGS. I know that many people would like a gallery view of all the Presenters. I think we will see it, but it's not currently available. Please vote here: microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/40195885-enable-gallery-view-for-teams-live-events#:~:text=Enable%20gallery%20view%20of%20all,all%20presenters%20at%20same%20time.

Can we use the same Power Point presentation but switch out presenters through the pot presentation during live event presentation?

Also, what does the recording look like? Is it only recording the presentation?

does the network bandwidth Speed of the producer matter to handle 10k audience?..

Hi Avishek, a good internet connection that is reliable is always a go idea. The presenter, producers aren't streaming directly to the attendees, they stream to Microsoft Servers, which in turn enables the 1000's of attendees to connect. So, while it's important to have a good connection, the audience size has no impact on the presenters.

Just curious - are attendees anonymous to each other, or can they see who else is watching? Thanks!

Attendees can choose to be anonymous on entry.

How you can stop the overwrite? Because the producer suppose to be the one to send the content LIVE

I am trying to schedule a teams live event but when i click on schedule button, it prompts with error "An Error Occurred".

can two people be the producer of a live event?..

Currently the limit on Live Events is 4-hours. Teams Meetings can last longer, up to 24 hours.
