I liked watching the video, but I also find the lack of personal safety equipment a bit sad. Whatever you do guys, be safe. It would be really nice to watch the same factory again in a future video with more safety measures implemented. A safe worker is a healthier and happier worker.

там в конце на пакетах разгадка, есть в тех краях измельчители травы и сена в виде колеса, ручные и с электроприводом, а эти ножи крепятся к спицам в этих чугунных колёсах и нарезают корма выползающие из механического подавателя

The steel got so hot during sharpening that it turned blue. Wouldn't that make the steel too soft to maintain an edge?

Depends of when they performed the final heat treating. They didn’t show that.

Blue just means the surface oxidised slightly. That happens at about 150 C, not hot enough to ruin the edge. As long as the material doesn't glow red it's alright.

I admire everything that is done , I just wonder why one guy cuts a piece of something then throws it on the ground only to be picked up by another guy who puts on the ground for the next guy to pickup.......and so on, as resourceful as these people obviously are why have they not found a better way to handle materials, throw em down pick em up ...repeat, you see it repeated constantly in many videos, is it because of an abundance of labor?

I wouldn't work there. The working conditions are OK but I dont like the corporate uniform. And what's the Social Club like?

There's something seriously wrong with any country that sets up and continues to operate a system where the people live and work like this. It's either embedded into the type of government they have or the religion that controls the people or a combination of both. In either case it's sad to see such a backward country like this exposing the people to hazards of potential serious injury and death which must be happening at an incredible rate. I blame the political and religious leaders for this lack of concern for their fellow man.

Это не тяпка ! На 11:05 на пакете упаковки нарисован стол ,электро двигатель и маховик с приводом ремня , это какой-то станок , а производят они ножи , что-то шинковать или рубить , возможно траву ..
