Not only is Raymond a master at making set-ups and machining, but he is also a master at filming and editing his videos and selecting the music to go with them. I would love to see his library of his various cutters & holders, set-up blocks and gauges and other tooling all layed out in one place.

Complicted work. Great set-up when You can do all opearions with one set-up. Horizontal borer machine is versitale machine - my experience. Keep videos coeming! Good luck!

@@TheMetalRaymond hay poca información sobre la mandrinadora hoy todas las redes copan sobre máquinas de 5 ejes y centros de mecanizados haciendo pieza super complejas de superficies ... Pero es en estas piezas donde las tolerancias geométricas demuestran que tan bueno eres en esto... Solo con la forma de embridar y engatar las piezas no necesito ver más minutos del vídeo... Poca mordaza mucha brida y gato .....

Hallo Herr Raymond, he aquí otro gran trabajo, para mi el exito está en posicionar la pieza correctamente, si no esta colocada en forma correcta las referencias geométricas para su posterior mecanizado no funcionarán, la pieza en mención es parte de un conjunto y por lo que se ve todo "encajó" perfectamente, mis respetos Herr Raymond, viele Grüße, Herbert.

Estas en lo cierto en tu comentario.La colocacion el centrado y el amarre de la pieza es esencial y basico para que el trabajo concluya satisfactoriamente.Gracias y buen dia amigo.

Yo trabajo en fundición swissacero y hacemos todo tipo de piezas en diferentes materiales diplec super duplex inoxidables manganeso etc

La retirada del escariador transcurre en el mismo sentido de giro.Puede que en el video de la sensacion contraria pero es en el mismo sentido que en la penetracion.Un saludo amigo.
