Existen varios metodos para asegurar la correcta alineación de los agujeros.Uno de ellos es el que se aprecia en el video.Pero cuando el agujero no es lo suficientemente grande para introducir el reloj comparador a través de el, hay que utilizar otra técnica.Gracias y un saludo amigo.

Big rotary table certainly makes these jobs go much better! I liked the rough boring with the 2 stepped cutters in one pass. :-)

I like your riser blocks. We were discouraged from making set-up tooling, probably because every one had different ideas and time and costs would run away. But simple tooling as you demonstrate here have almost universal application for setting up welded fabrications on an HBM. I still have stacks of sketches for similar stuff that were over-ruled with few exceptions.

Hi Forrest. The lifting blocks and many tools that are made to fix and position the pieces are very important in the mechanization process. Having a large team that can adapt to each type of piece lowers costs and makes work easier. Thanks and best regards friend.

Realmente me encanta cómo puedes configurar tu trabajo, hacer un lado y luego darle la vuelta y está configurado para el trabajo en el lado opuesto. Esta es una gran característica de su máquina aburrida. Como siempre, admiro el trabajo de su artesanía, incluida la preparación inicial del trabajo en preparación: aprendo mucho en esta etapa y estoy trabajando en piezas para que mi fábrica me ayude. Hola Gordon.Este video se enfoco en gran parte en el proceso de centrado y fijacion de la pieza que es un capitulo muy importante si queremos que el trabajo acabe con exito.Por desgracia no existen escuelas ni libros que te enseñen este proceso tan fundamental y basico.Espero que te vaya todo bien.Un abrazo y que pases buen dia amigo.

@@canadasolo2000 у нас завод градообразующий на гвозди пустили, хотя при СССР в три смены работал, выпуская козловые краны. Кончили страну суки....осталось только вспоминать прошлое добрым словом и хаять Советский Союз и как при нем было хреново.... Теперь все это обсуждаем на канале испанского фрезеровщика. Дай Бог ему здоровья

I like the rotating table then tramming the table after rotation for perfection! very nice. I suppose you have to be, that piece doesn't look cheap. Bravo!!!

Hi, Tony. From time to time and as a safety rule, check that the faces of the table are perfectly aligned. Otherwise, the work could be a true failure.

Ummm maybe this kind of work is dangerous af because machinist works in hazardous environment and deals with high power tools, they also don't get paid very well, and are on a declining trend due to the rise of automation. Lots of work look amazing, but that doesn't mean it pays well or it's not on a declining trend.

La herramienta del minuto cuatro es un mandril que se utiliza para refrentar superficies planas en lugares donde no se puede aceder con un plato de mecanizado y tambien para hacer ranuras.Saludos.

Una manera de trabajar muy prolija

Lo de poder girar la mesa me ha matao!!!! Yo aun recuerdo que nosotros mecanizábamos el frontal de las orejas y usábamos eso como referencia y apoyo al girar (similar a escuadrar un cubo) por lo demas todo muy parecido o casi idéntico tanto el montaje como el proceso.

Felicitaciones por el excelente trabajo en una máquina de mandrinar convencional, trabajo en una máquina de mandrinar cnc y le cuento su trabajo en nada de una máquina de cnc.
