Occurred on January 14, 2019 / Los Angeles, California, USA
"Hit a pothole last January 14,2019 around 6 pm and damaged my vehicle. So I decided to take videos(I know it sounds inconsiderate but I'm using it as evidence) and called the Los Angeles Bureau of Street Service. I found out that the pothole had been reported last January 11, 2019 and is still pending. It is located at the 5 south freeway at the Osborne Exit near Arleta California in the only right turn lane. Last night, January 15, that pothole is still there creating more damages to other vehicles."

I hit a pothole like that while doing 60kmph and it launched my car over the curb and onto the sidewalk... Snapped my sway bar and bent my tie rod.

In Indonesia people will fill the hole with aggregates, stones, or construction debris. Even if it's too deep they will put a wood sign to warn the passing cars

Bring a bag of sand and dump it in the pothole to prevent cars from getting damaged 😊
This man is recording instead of placing any object above the pothole or any caution sign. It is good that he is showing the road condition to the whole world but first he should place any caution sign so that those cars don't go over the pothole.

@@pinkiepie1656 you can place some bricks or a big red cloth like a flag so that nobody will go over those potholes...like in my country road conditions are poor so ppl put some tyres or a bush so that ppl don't cross it

I agree the tool who filmed this is a problematic pothole; it probably made him/her feel better watching other cars sustain damage so that he or she's not alone. I hear the reasoning for filming this but it's poor logic, nonsensical and inconsiderate.
