First time listening to hindustani in violin . Surprisingly hindustani charukeshi gave the same feel of carnatic charukeshi......most of the times the hindustani "equal" of carnatic raga never gave the same feel........seriously everything of music has a special trait

Sarod is a very difficult instrument to play because of the lack of frets however tejendra majumdar ji plays it like he invented this instrument himself. I missed Mysore brothers and Mysore Manjunath performed so gorgeously. A mesmerising and outstanding performance.

That’s exactly what I was thinking. It turns out to be not the best charukeshi. It didn’t have the full flavor of the raga and the feelings that comes with it.
