    You can just hook the ratchet to the bottom then hook the other one to the bag so that the rope wont be getting tangled up like that

    I had no idea this existed. You're giving me so many things to put under my upper deck to train with. It's the perfect area for this stuff too. When it rains you're covered and surrounded by the water flowing on the outside, Like a private training paradise of the elements.

    Per your suggestions, I also purchased the Pro-Grip XRT Tie Down--I like that I can easily remove the Tie Down and let my new Reyes Double End Bag hang freely without obstruction. The Tie Down can easily be fasten for use or unfasten when not used. Thanks again!

    Great video and honest review ! A couple of comments here: 1. Because the danger of be cut by the metal part and the cord in excess it would advisable hook it on the lower part in this way you can wrap it around of the weight to anker the d.e.b. 2. One problem I faced with this device is when I changed its height, also I changed the cord tension and its rebounding characteristics, so I used 2 of this device, one in each extreme and I have a better control of both height and cord tension Just my 2 cents :)

    To change tension with this setup, how about changing the length of the top cord? I see different sizes but they come in packs

    I had got a hook and string and tie the string around my pullup bar and then I got a hook and hang the double end bag and had 30 pounds of weight holding it works pretty good

    Good idea! It might be better to put the ratcheting end on the floor weight so it’s out of the way and the tag end of the line is on the floor too.

    What do you do with all of the extra rope after adjusting the height? Could you make a quick video for how to tie it off? I have OCD, so the loose rope drives me nuts!

    What do you use for the whole set up? Bag, floor anchor, rope, attaching it to the ceiling etc. Really struggling to get a bag set up especially because a lot of double end bags are pretty expensive for me.

    No spring in the bottom rope 👎🏻👎🏻 Too easy. Not working on your accuracy as much as with two bungees. And short people HAVE to use it with tight bungee and tall people HAVE to use it with more play.👎🏻
