Dr. Scott Hoar, I do think of questions while you are doing assessments & adjustments. During this assessment, I’m wondering if there is a chart that correlates the muscle testing spots to the areas of the spine in which they are related. Thank you in advance for your response!

@williamsmith666 I have severe chronic pain for multiple reasons, in 2013 I broke my tib/fib and one was a compound fx so I has to get a rod down the whole bottom of my right leg, and screws. Then 2017, I broke that ankle and had to get a plate and screws. When I broke my leg, I got pain pills and after a week of taking them I felt amazing...I wasn't in pain. The fibromyalgia, endometriosis, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, it felt so good. So I stopped the pain pills, because I guess living in a world without pain means you are an addict. So I had a breast reduction and a radical hysterectomy and left with no pain pills. I put in my chart that I have a bad reaction to them. I will try all kinds of stuff and unless someone understands that life, even if the chiro makes it 10% better then its worth it. But mine helps me immensely

That’s because there are 5 known different styles of chiropractics. All work in the long run but some are better or more specific than others. I choose gonstead which uses a lot more X-ray and instrumentation although Other styles do work as well. And just fyi all surgeons use different techniques depending on the level of skill and experience. Surgical tech so I first hand see the difference all the time.

Have you ever heard the term something along the lines of getting a second opinion @gzitterspiller ? Sometimes people don't like or don't agree with what one doctor tells them, and instead asks another Doctors opinion. Sometimes the doctors will agree, sometimes they'll disagree. It all depends on the exact skill set and skill level of the individual doctor. Plus the medical field is changing all the time. Think about this scenario. Which heart surgeon would you rather do a heart surgery on you? One with 35 years experience that practiced in the 1800s, or one with 2 years experience that learned in the 2010s?
