Is the neck adjustment done around 7:05 where you tilt her head to one should and pull away from where the head is tilted, is an adjustment like that not recommended if someone has a bulging disk issue in the neck?

Yes! Tinnitus is the sensation of ringing in the ears. I've seen cases of cervicogenic vertigo with it get helped out with Chiropractic care
