About a month ago, I didn’t even have a basketball. When I did get it, I worked and worked every day. When I was watching the NBA, I was think to myself I could never do between the legs, or even just even dribble down the court! Now here I am, doing dunks, tricking my defender, and hitting shots. I was the best at defense but I do not have to rely on my defense anymore because I worked. Let this be the example.

Try bouncing the ball high up in the air with one hand but not to high. Do it for each hand an I suggest 15-20 reps for each
Workout customized for me: 1. Form Shooting 2. 3's: 5 spots 3 makes 3. Range drill: Make 2, move back 3-5 Feet, make 2. If miss 3 in a row move on. 4. Seven Drill: Start at sideline, sprint to wing with ball, shoot three. Make 7 on each wing. 5. Shoot 50 Free Throws 6. 7 Spots, 10 Makes 7. (With Friend) Play 21, only shoot paint shots, only 5 dribbles 8. Plus 1 Minus 2: Every miss is minus 2, every male is plus one. Get to +10 before -10. No paint shots. 3 sets. 9. Layup Mania: 5 makes, 3 different moves (spin, euro, etc), both hands. 10. (If don't shoot percentage earlier you want during free throws) Make 20 free throws. 11. 10-20 minutes of 3 different ball handling drills: do stuff that needs improvement (spin move, not looking down, etc). 12. Hessi Pullup: 15 makes each side 13. 50 dribble pullups: 5 spots, 5 right, 5 left 14. (With Friend) Play 21 out of triple threat position. 2-3 dribbles. 15. Pullback: Drive, stop/drag ball back going between legs. 10 makes each side 16. Floater Mania: 5 each baseline, 5 middle. Both hands is optional. 17. Make 10 free throws 18. Cone Dribbling Zigzags: 10 makes each side with layups 19. One 17 (Sideline Sprints) 20. (With Friend) Pad drill: Friend uses pad to create contact. Make 10 Each side. Takes about 4.5 hours. It's okay not to compete everything. Rest between each exercise and as needed. Consistency matters more.
