    Please do some more vids regarding royal marines fitness and things like that. Gainers is what im starting on monday, i thought maxing out everyday was the answer. I am definatly going to keep following your vids. Thanks alot sean!

    ***** have you got any tips on pushing progress? I either push too hard and injure myself or push too soft and make minimal progress
