Yes, the preservation of the wall panels and the waterways. Amazing. Lets not mention how expensive. Thanks for telling me about Alexandr Rodchenko. I think its all reflected in the attic supports, what an attic. I love the lift . So practical. A place for artisans, a swimming pool for the birds. Juan Pablo has great taste and style.

@@judytelles3518a joy indeed! The Rodchenko pieces were a delightful surprise, and so thoughtfully placed in situ. I wrote a paper in grad school about constructivism and its meld of "fine" art and architecture and the remarkable way he cross-polinated those pieces into the engineering feat that is that pyramid, and the print references with the wall coverings he introduced into that space spoke volumes to me.

I have lived through many Chateau tours....... but nothing has evoked the feelings I have been experiencing through the person of Juan Pablo Molyneux and this Chateau. It has been a soothing, exquisite and sublime experience. The gentleman has clearly returned home. It is only 900 years give or take some decades.... but he did it. Juan Pablo Molyneux truly has brought this Chateau back to being a home. 90% of my joy is for that reason alone.

This is not just interior design, he created a piece of art; the way he renovated the attic is brilliant. This tour reminds us that beauty cannot be improvised, it does not imitate anything but it is generated by means of culture .Never seen such a smart and tastefull restoration.

Such exquisite detail! I love his enthusiasm and ability to share his vision, from historic to contemporary (the Kalishnakov!), he has woven it together lovingly. Best wishes to his family and fortunate friends and guests. I have downloaded this to rewatch, and envision myself making full use of the pool, libraries, attic, basement, etc.!!😊❤

This tour was absolutely fascinating. This gentleman is so fortunate to have this property, however, the house is equally fortunate to have him living in it. His vision, his dedication, style and refinement are absolutely extraordinary. This is so so special. Thank you for sharing. ❤

Absolutely stunning place . I could listen to Juan all day. If I had to chose my favorite room it would have to be the roof space with all those beams . So hope he's got spot lights on them on a night to show them off to there best potential. I so hope you will allow us to come back and see the gardens when you have finished them off, and the stream. Thank you so much for showing us your beautiful home Juan. If it was mine i would never leave, just send out for food. 😊

Spectacular! I love that he said of it: "It is my little true". That is what it's like when you live what you love. Thank you for the tour, and for making it young again in your own way, Juan Pablo Molyneux.

You are one of my favourite KZread channels! Thank you for providing us with this tour of a chateau which would be unaccessible for the public in real life. I watch you regularly and this is so far my favourite chateau tour and chateau's owner. What a remarkable artist and passionate Mr Molyneux is!
