As an American Citizen whose family immigrated to the United States in 1835 I want to alert Harry and the lesser half of that marriage that we do not recognize Titles. He is only listed on the Counselors of State, but he will never be called or needed. The King has changed the requirements, stipulating they must be residents and working Royals. He is neither, so he does not qualify. As for Line of Succession, the UK would not stand for him being a working Royal in any capacity.

Just because you are a resident in US doesn’t mean you are a citizen. He either needs a passport to be renewed that maintains his citizenship in his country of birth, a green card for employment or become a US citizen through application process and test (which I doubt he could pass). Oh and now comes the issue of income tax both Federal and State from all those book sales, Spotify, Netflix 😂

The sad thing is that he had enough money to retreat almost anywhere and live a quiet life in almost any normal community. But Megsie wanted to be a Hollywood star.

One can have many residences, but the difference is he has declared that the US is his domicile, not the U.K.

I find his wife extremely disrespectful to him and his family. She walks ahead of him as if to say, “ it’s all about me”. She laughed hysterically at meeting the queen for the first time and theatrically bowing “pleased to meet you your highness”. Harry wasn’t smiling as she laughed. I don’t like that woman. Don’t care much for the monarchy either, but her complete disrespect is repulsive.

It all depends on how the case put forward by the Heritage Foundation pans out. Regardless of the verdict, the Biden administration has said it will fight to keep Commoner Harry with special privileges from being deported. If that happens, I certainly hope the U.S. citizens will protest vehemently.

It is curious, the prince takes up residence in the United States to avoid paying taxes to Great Britain, however, he is not legally an American citizen and therefore avoids paying taxes to the United States. That is, he evades taxes in both countries, but profits and does business with American companies. Yes, how lucky, just to be a prince. This clever little prince knows very well that if he becomes a full American citizen, he will lose his title and that would not suit his wife. Plus this one would leave him right off the bat.

There's no such thing as a partially American citizen. You either are or you're not and he is not. If you've lived long enough in America you have to pay taxes just like everyone else citizen or not and he's passed that point a long time ago.

He is not an American citizen nor is there any such thing as part-citizenship. There is dual citizenship which Prince Harry does not have because then he wouldn't be a prince anymore. Permanent residence IS NOT citizenship!

Who cares where "Just call me Harry" lives? (Besides the media who make money off of him?) BTW: If he takes USA citizenship, he will have to ditch his title and be either Mr. Sussex or Mr. Windsor He was born a prince so the Mountbatten- Windsor title rule does not apply to him.
