Neither of the Grifters are 'detail' people - the documents and fees are 12 months late...not 'a few days' and they were warned back in January 2023 to get it done ! However, any charity worth its' salt (or any small company) should always keep an eye on cash flow - not a hard job it's just simple bookkeeping and the person in charge CEO or whatever, should have a diary entry 6 months in advance, with a repeat every month to check on the CFO and make sure those RETURNS GET FILED. Most any charity, values its' reputation and goes out of it's way to avoid any clashes with any form of government.

The IRS does not remove any delinquent notices until the IRS has proof. Also the paperwork and fee was from 2022. And the fee was $200.00. Charity information is public knowledge and charities must comply with the request. The IRS does not respond that quickly.
