This was hands down one of the best videos I've seen. Recommendation on smoking with wood chunks if you want them to last long. Just wrap them up in aluminum foil! They'll last the entire 10 hour cook if need be!

The outside of the unit does get hot to the touch when in use so there is the potential to get burned.
Min 10:05, is it really leaking all that air from the lid gasket?😱
