I put my image, wither its a screen shot or what ever, into my video editor (Filmora), then after i have a good idea of what i want, I just layer video effects over it, find the frame i think looks the best, screen shot it and then do any final tinkering using the windows photo app.

btw if u wanna p-rank the lvl. My only piece of advice is that the sawblades are the fucking GOAT.

Hell no, it wasn't one sitting Lmao. I got patience but not 8 hours straight worth of relentless ass kicking. I didn't know at the time I could skip straight to the fight, so I didn't close the game, thinking if I did, I'd have to go through the whole level again.
