Hi! I'm glad I found another channel that have been reacting to it without any knowledge of what kamen rider is and I must say that I'm liking your reaction so far. Some of them are just reacting and not giving any thoughts about it unlike yours. Too bad I can't watch your first reaction to Kamen Rider. Anyhoo, about why people were saying that Decade and Zi-o being the strongest is because they are known to be the only main Kamen Riders that can transform/borrow the power of all Kamen Riders of the Heisei era. (Although in the movies, Decade has shown that he can transform and borrow the power of some Kamen Riders of Showa era) However, there were some people debating about that. Well, in Decade's case only because there's no doubt that Zi-o is the strongest Kamen Rider since in the beginning of his series, they immediately introduce a future version of him that has defeated and killed all Kamen Riders in history. He also has the ability to see (as you've seen) AND control time itself. His final form can even summon copies of multiple autonomous Kamen Riders and use their power at the same time unlike Decade who can only summon one copy and can only mimic his movement while using their power. About why people were debating about Decade being the strongest is because there are some people believes that Kuuga is stronger than Decade is because from what I heard Ultimate Kuuga's kick can destroy a planet. Don't know any much about it but this is what I commonly see in some discussion. I haven't watch Kuuga and I'm shamelessly biased towards Decade (the character, not the show.) Super form its a type of form that its stronger than upgrade,three are a few form that have something that much greater than final form like drive formula that its faster than drive final' form,and also some of the super form is uncontrol if use to much or can only use in short time because its dangerous like Uncontrol:build black Hazard,W fang Joker, Can only use in short time : wizard all dragon,Kiba dogabaki,Faiz axel And there are some of primary rider that does not have upgrade and super form like Ryuki and kabuto

Kamen Rider Blade is the only rider who uses triumph cards Kamen Rider Blade = Spade Kamen Rider Garren = Diamond Kamen Rider Chalice = Heart Kamen Rider Leangle = Clover Interestingly, there are some riders who do not have a super form.

One reason why they get their super form because is there a monster or villain they are having a hard time defeating.

The reason of they have a super form its because of the enemy is became stronger thats why the have to have another form like upgrade,super,and final form to fight stronger enemy And every primary rider super form have different power

It doesn't show in the video, but Zi-o is the strongest kamen rider in the Heisei era. You have to watch the Series to understand why

I think he’ll probably get it once he gets to the final forms and extra final forms video, but yeah Zi-o is the strongest rider, and will be for a long while.
