Primal Prayers from Modern Horizons 3 looks to be a beast of a card. It turns all your 3 or fewer mana cost creatures into 1 energy cost to cast and gives them flash.

I don't think cedh, but I could see it at high power.

I could see it in cEDH elfball, maybe but I agree about the high power for sure
